What happens next

Your first 45 minutes.

01

Move

Forty-five minutes of moving. How you move, what you have tried, where you are going.

02

Talk

A short chat about your training background and what you want to be able to do.

03

Decide

A straight recommendation. Sometimes that is “you don’t need a coach yet”.

The philosophy

Train like you plan to do this at eighty.

Most training fails because it is built for the six-week version of you: the one who is motivated, rested and never busy. This studio is built for the other 51 weeks.

Who is coaching

Two coaches. One log.

Both coaches work off the same log, so a swapped session never means starting over.

From the floor

What clients say a year in.

I’d been lifting on my own for two years and guessing. The assessment was the first time anyone actually watched me move, and every session since has started from what they saw.

1:1 client · Newstead

The group cap is real. Six people, three racks, and Cass somehow sees every rep. I’ve been in commercial gyms with personal trainers who watched me less.

Dev C.

Small Group client · Teneriffe

Online programming kept me strong through two years of travel. The weekly video reviews are the difference between a plan and a coach.
